1. Why is servicing so crucial for medical devices?

Like any frequently used equipment, medical devices need periodic maintenance and repair. Proper servicing of complex, life-saving and life-sustaining medical devices is vital to their safe and effective functioning and the safety of patients and device users.

2. Warranty Questions

You can find the waranty of an item on the specific tem’s product poge on our website or in the included instruction manual (hang-tag), if you have alreadypurchosed the unit. This warranty does not cover device failure due to owner misuse negligence, or normal wear and tear. The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.
